#007// Foundations.

It’s been a while since we last wrote. That wasn’t by accident—it’s been all hands on deck. In the time since our last post, we’ve laid something solid beneath our feet: our foundations.

Every knife in the Founder Series has now been built, tested, finished, and shipped.

We launched this company with two flagship knives—the Model 1 Field Knife and the Model 2 Pack Knife—and now, they’re out in the world. In the hands of stalkers, farmers, chefs, guides, gamekeepers, and all the good people we may never meet but are proud to serve.

The messages we’ve received—notes from the field, kind words about the feel of the grip or the cut of the edge—have meant more than we can put into words. We’ve been slightly overwhelmed by the support, to be honest. The trust you placed in a brand-new company, buying knives before they even existed, isn’t lost on us. It never will be.

These knives are more than tools. They’re the beginning of a wider system—a family of knives made to suit different hands, tasks, and terrains. The Model 1 is built for the field. The Model 2 is for the pack. And more are coming, each with its own reason for being. But these two? They’re the flag bearers.

Fulfilment taught us plenty. About our own processes, about how people actually carry and use their blades, and about where we need to go next. We’ve taken notes. We’ve made changes. We’re better for it. What comes next builds on what’s already been done. New tools. More refined systems. New products. All grounded in the same belief: make it well, stand by it, and let the work speak for itself.

We’re not in a rush, but we’re certainly not standing still. These first steps matter. They shape everything to come. And thanks to those of you who believed in this from the start, we now stand on a foundation we trust.
